The line containes:
5 units Cold feeder, Dryer, Mixing Tower, Silo Filter, Bag House, Hot aggregate elevator, Control Cabin, Conveyers, 3 large Tanks.
I attach a photograph of the plant which is in fair condition for its age. The Via Nova plants are very strong and reliable, we regularly achieve monthly plant availability in excess of 98% The plant has produced on average 70,000 tonnes per annum for the last 12 years with only routine maintenance.
The burner is very economical using on average 8 litres of gas oil per tonne of stone dryed.
